By using our website and services, you agree that:
Browse properties on the website, select a preferred plot, and contact us.
Our representative will take you to the site and show you all details. This service is completely free of charge.
Pay the agreed token amount to book the property. This is typically 10–20% of the total value.
All legal documents (Khatauni, map, registry) will be verified by our team.
After full payment, registry is completed at the Sub-Registrar office and possession of the plot is handed over to you.
Cash, Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI), Cheque (in company name)
We offer easy instalment options. Contact us for details.
An official receipt with company seal and authorised signature will be provided for every payment.
In the event of booking cancellation, a 50% deduction from the token amount will apply. We show flexibility in special circumstances. Contact us for details.

In the event of any dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Haridwar District Court. This agreement is governed by Indian law.
